I am a college recruiter at Amway and in my short career I think I’ve learned a thing or two.  I will never argue with someone who says finding a job is tough because it is!  With that said I’m a big fan of worker smarter not harder, so hopefully I’ll be able to share some insight into the recruiters psyche.
